Is Anovité legit in Singapore? A due-diligence checklist

Searching for whether Anovité is legit is smart. Any supplement or direct-selling business deserves scrutiny. Rather than ask you to trust us, here's the checklist we'd use ourselves.

Check the product

Look for specifics, not superlatives. For Colostrum6, Anovité publishes a collection window (first milking, within six hours), constituent minimums and batch documentation. Compare those details with any other brand using our colostrum checklist. Vague words like pure or premium with no numbers behind them tell you very little.

In Singapore, health supplements don't need approval from the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) before they're sold, so the label and the seller's documentation do the heavy lifting. HSA has announced plans to phase in mandatory product notification from 2028. Until then, treat an HSA approved claim on a supplement ad with caution and ask what it actually refers to.

Check the seller

Supplements are also sold by third-party sellers on online marketplaces. When you buy outside the official channel, you usually can't confirm how the product was stored, how old the batch is, or whether returns are honoured. Ordering through the official Anovité shop removes that doubt.

Check the business model

Anovité is a direct-selling (network marketing) company. In Singapore, multi-level marketing is prohibited under the Multi-Level Marketing and Pyramid Selling (Prohibition) Act 1973 unless a scheme meets the conditions of its Excluded Schemes and Arrangements Order. Those conditions include no payment simply for recruiting people, and a refund or buy-back option for unsold goods. You can also check whether a company belongs to the Direct Selling Association of Singapore (DSAS). Read the official compensation plan, ignore anyone who promises a fixed income, and see our opportunity page for how we approach it.

This is general information, not legal or financial advice. If you're unsure, ask a qualified professional before you commit money.

Common questions

Is network marketing legal in Singapore?

Direct-selling schemes are allowed only if they meet the Excluded Schemes and Arrangements Order under the Multi-Level Marketing and Pyramid Selling (Prohibition) Act 1973. Pyramid schemes are prohibited. This isn't legal advice.

Do health supplements need HSA approval in Singapore?

Not today. Health supplements don't need pre-market approval, though sellers are still responsible for safety and labelling. HSA has announced a mandatory notification framework from 2028.

Will I earn a fixed income if I join?

No. Income is never guaranteed. Results depend on your own effort, skills and genuine product sales.
